This video has been designed to illustrate the way we work together to deliver access to justice. It is a great opportunity to focus on how you and your LAA contract manager (CM) can work in partnership and how they can support you to the benefit of your business.
The video is aimed at providers who hold a legal aid 2022 standard crime contract, particularly new contract holders.
This video covers what you can expect from your LAA CM and what is included in the review activity conducted by your CM, including:
- Hints and tips on how to avoid claiming errors we sometimes identify that lead to claims being voided, reduced on assessment, or rejected.
- Some of the tools that allow us to identify how you are performing against contractual requirements.
- Explanation of the approach we take where under-performance is identified and how we will work with you to increase compliance.
- Digital interaction options available to you including secure file exchange (SFE).
