Family Merits
We will discuss the information our caseworkers need to make a decision on the merits assessment section of your initial application. This will include the evidential requirements we need for domestic abuse applications, public law children and private law children applications, along with the information we need on your statement of case.
Non-Family Merits
We will discuss the information our caseworkers need to make a decision on the merits assessment section of your initial application. This will include the evidential requirements we need for housing / community care based applications, along with the information we need on your statement of case.
