In your enquiry, please include the following information:
- Name of your firm and the LAA Account Number
- Your SILAS Username (if this is the related to the issue faced)
- Case reference, if the issue is case specific
- Which system you are using (SILAS/CCMS/SaBC/Apply – Civil or Crime)
- A screenshot of any error message you are receiving
