There are a variety of CCMS trainer-led online events that you can book via Eventbrite.
These sessions are delivered online via Microsoft Teams by the Training and Support team. They are tailored to cover all aspects of the application process and billing stages within CCMS. The emphasis of these modules is for newly registered users to CCMS.

Introduction to using CCMS
- This includes accessing CCMS within a secure browser
- Key functionality of copying, pasting and printing, as well as uploading and downloading documentation within a secure browser
- Actions and notifications
- The civil application submission process
Means and Merits Assessments
- This includes capital assessments alongside income and deduction means assessments
- Completion of a family based merits assessment
Emergency Applications
- This includes the single and dual stage emergency application processes
- Amendments as part of the dual stage process
Amending Cases and Clients, Assigning Counsel + Case Enquiries, Means Reviews and Legal Appeals
- This includes allocating costs to Counsel
- Submitting general and case-specific enquiries
Special Children Act (SCA) Applications
- This includes information on the specific aspects of SCA application submissions
- Guidance on how to link cases
Reporting Outcomes and Awards
- This includes providing details of any agreements, costs and damages
- Reporting pre-certificate and legal help costs
