If your client seeks their correspondence in Welsh via CCMS please select the Welsh’ option on ‘Correspondence Language’ in the Client Contact Details, screen when submitting your application for Civil Legal Aid on CCMS.
Please select English as the chosen Correspondence Language if your client does not seek Correspondence in Welsh.
NOTE: 93% of the requests for correspondence in Welsh were made in error when submitting on CCMS as the incorrect Correspondence Language was selected on the Client Contact Details screen.
