We run trainer-led online modules to help you get started with the Client and Cost Management System (CCMS).
All individual online training modules are free and booked via Eventbrite. An email appointment will be sent via LAACaseManagementTraining&SupportTeam@justice.gov.uk to the person that registered the interest, on the working day before the scheduled training. Within this email appointment will be a Microsoft Teams link and all relevant instructions to access the online session.
Ensure that you check your inbox (including the spam folder) in advance of the training start time. Please arrive in advance of the published session start time. You will be held in a lobby area until the trainer opens the event and starts the session. Once the session has started no further entry will be possible.
