    Interest of Justice appeals

This recording discusses how caseworkers consider the Interests of Justice test on criminal applications.

It includes our use of the WIDGERY criteria, informing decisions based on the Magistrates court sentencing guidelines, and what we specifically look for on applications.

It outlines the main factors that will constitute a likely pass of the IoJ test and how our caseworkers come to this decision.
